It has been decided that visitors who wish to meet the Medical Superintendent may give their grievances between 2.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. in the office every Friday. The M.S. along with the concerned officers would meet people from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and attend to their grievances. The grievances would as far as possible be redressed across the table & feedback provided to the complainant.
All the services provided to the patients except ultrasound are free. For ultrasound Rs. 50/- are charged for outdoor patients
The hospital provides services to general public.
For senior citizens there is a separate queue at all counters. Also, on Tuesday & Friday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. all services of the hospital are available to senior citizens only.
